Big4 Inverloch Holiday park had outgrown the old reception area which was built during the early 1980's. In those days the park was not part of a chain and was nowhere as busy as they are now. There was only room for 2 reception staff in the old area whereas now they can accommodate (and need at times) up to 4 persons behind the counter.
The new reception area is enhanced by a back office extension, so that rear office funtions can be carried out without encroaching on the reception area.
The renovations and extensions are another step by the Edwards Family, in their commitment to the industry and in raising the bar in what the park offers to their customers.
Customer feedback since opening the renovated area early in September has been very positive and they are now able to service their check-ins and outs with a minimum of fuss and in a more efficient and expediant manner.
Furthermore their staff now have a state of the art, modern work place and are very happy with their new facilities.
